Lollapalooza lineup for Latin America has been finally announced!

So, the 2016 edition of Lollapalooza has been finally announced with its respective lineup!

The famous music festival that has received in the past a big number of renowned bands and also popularized another bunch of great bands like Arcade Fire, Imagine Dragons and MGMT among others, is continuing bringing great music to Latin America with its annual presentations in Argentina, Chile and Brazil.

But let’s see what will be the performances in 2016 for each country:


The festival is already a big event in this country and is arriving this time to its 3rd edition featuring great renowned artists from Latin America and the world. The official dates for the concerts are March 18th and 19th and it will be held at San Isidro’s hippodrome (Hipódromo de San Isidro) in Buenos Aires. Check the lineup here:

Lollapalooza Argentina



Here the festival is arriving to its 6th edition and as usual it will be held at O’Higgins Park in Santiago de Chile. Farrell’s event will be installed on March 19th and 20th, bringing back a complete display of 56 artists. Check here the lineup for Chile’s event:

Well, the Brazilian version of this event started in 2012 and in 2016 it will be arriving to its 5th edition which will be celebrated on March 12th and 13th, this time at Interlago’s Autodromo in São Paulo. Around 45 bands will be performing at this great event, so check out the lineup for Brazil here:

As you can see Eminem, Florence & the Machine, Jack Ü (Skrillex+Diplo), Mumford & Sons, Snoop Dogg, Die Antwoord, Tame Impala y Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, are among the main artist to be performing in 2016, being this a particular time since it will be the first time on Lollapalooza‘s stage for Eminem, one of the most popular rappers in the world, Florence & the Machine one of the bands that has redefine the indie-pop music in the last decade and also Mumford & Sons, who has conquered the whole world with its folk-rock music.

Now, an awesome news revealed this year is that another version of this festival will be held in Bogota, Colombia in October 2016, so we will need to stay tuned to get more information about this, but definitely great concert options will bring 2016 for Latin America.
